I am studying business and plan to become a big flashy CEO. I really enjoyed this. I specifically enjoy how many different environments this can be applied to.

This video is absolutely important to understand system thinking. This is the best summary and one of the best sources I have ever found... and so simple!

I specialize in system thinking, and I add society into the matrix. If you want to develop better programs, rules, regulations, laws or even your business strategies, let me know.

this is pretty epic to watch during the government shutdown. Trump thought he could figure things out simply by looking at the options available to him, but lacked an understanding of the context of decisions in the system as a whole, only able to focus on a small aspect of how it might help him achieve his one goal at the moment. Are any of our presidents really systems thinkers? Did obama ever truly understand the way his policy would be expected to affect the healthcare system within the context of the economy? I have my doubts...

this will be a problem unless scientists and engineers start running for president

"Trump thought". Oh I would not under-estimate Trump. He knows how to handle the system for his own benefits very well. He obviously is able to make others belief that every other option is against them. Which is basically the only thing he does and needs to do, to keep his very own systems and networks up and running.

Presidents are managers not system leaders. To Change American systems will require an outsider.

@@Artaxerxes. Not true. The key to positive development in science and engineering is disagreement. Then being able to fight for your theories with evidence. Engineers and scientists disagree all the time. It's human nature to have varying opinions. It is inherently constructive for society to respectfully disagree. I hope you understand this now.

Austrian economics is not based on reality, but on right-wing ideology.

Ok, so i assume that you don't now about Kant's epistemology, marginal utility, praxeology and catalaxy... "Not based on reality" what you are looking for? Statistics to proof a point that how we should organize something!? hahahahahha The mainstream economics is far away from reality.
