I bought 'Nylon sago' once from Indian store. I soaked or 2 days, they didn't lose their shape! They were like plastic beads. I threw the whole packet out. Bought a Sago packet from Bengaluru last time, excellent to Payasa, Dose and Idli batter. Same with Byadagi chillies, here they look good but no color. Bought some from India, excellent color!!! NRI problems!! 🤣🤣 Idli, Sāmbhar both look good. Yes, when kids are in college, it's hard to fulfill our own dreams. Need lot of money for their education. Better to wait. Traditional Biryani is layered with spiced rice, veg or meat gravy, fried onion, maybe colors mixed with milk which are cooked separately and layered in one pot. Pulao is rice and masala mixed up in one pot , served with side dishes like raita etc. According to me!!! 😁👍
