あんまりいい肉じゃない。肉好きから見たら1発でわかるけど使ってる部位はもも肉だから筋繊維があって油は乗ってるものの上質な部位ではないし肉自体のレベルも低い。鉄板での焼き方も悪い。鉄板焼とかってこーゆーことしてるお店多いよね。まじで見た目だけ
