Ingredients:
Urad Dal-1 Cup Or 200 Grams
White Raw Rice-2 Cups Or 375 Grams
Fenugreek Seeds-1 Tbsp Or 9 Grams
leave to ferment for 6 to 8 Hours
Water-2 Tbsp Less than 1/2 Cup
Salt to your taste
Turmeric powder- little bit more than 1/2 Tsp
