It reminds me of the old malayalam novel like narration. You can be a good story teller. I like train journeys than flight trips as it is closer to the realities of life. For almost 40 years i ve travelled all over india with an average of100 kms per day. Chennai ,calcutta n mumbai sub urban train jounneys remain as nostalgic memories of the years i spent in those cities . I ve spent a good portion of my life time in trains n stations . I ve travelled 60 percent of my life time traveling in trains . I used to spend lot of time in railway stations for meditations n chanting matras ,watching all activities. To me railway stations n passenger trains re a kind of obsession.railway stations ve ignited my imagination . Railway stations ve always reminded me to take life as a journey n move ahead when i faced hard times in my life .it has helped me to lose my attachments to worldly possessions. Raiway stations re still closer to my heart than any of my possessions such as home. Thank you for doing a video on railway n train journeys.

എനിക്ക് അച്ഛനെ ഓർമ വന്നു.അച്ഛൻ പറഞ്ഞു റെയിൽവേ യെ പറ്റി നന്നായി അറിയാമായിരുന്നു. പിന്നെ റയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനു ചേർന്ന വീട്ടിൽ താമസിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തത് കൊണ്ട് ഇതൊക്കെ കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ അച്ഛനെ വല്ലാതെ miss ചെയ്യുന്നു.ഒരു teacher ആയി ജോലി ചെയ്ത് ഞാൻ മനസ്സിലാക്കി യിരുന്നുറയിൽവേ വളരെ മടുപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ജോലി ആയിരുന്നു.അച്ഛൻ എത്ര suffer ചെയ്തു എന്ന്.sir നേരത്തെ പറഞ്ഞ സി കെ കുമാരൻ എന്ന പേര് ഞാൻ അച്ഛൻ പറഞ്ഞു കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ അച്ഛൻ ഈ departmentൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തത് കൊണ്ട് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരുപാട് യാത്ര ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റി അത് വലിയ ഒരു കാര്യമാണ്.

Abbreviated as GRS Now, another safety holy text the Station Working Rules is of utmost importance in so far as the safety of the rolling stock is concerned. Station working rules are exclusively for the station where one can find some relaxations compared to GRS. But at any cost the SWR should not supercede GRS in any way. But at times it supercedes. Now, accidents are deliberately created incidents in Railways. The weakest among the weak will be held responsible for accidents. "Don't presume line clear, go and ensure it personally." How far this proverb is accomplished in a busy station. Busy station - a station with numerous independent roads. A pair of rail is termed as "road" on which the rolling stock moves. Again, a formation with insufficient break power invites an accident. An office order cannot be substitute for BPC - break power certificate. There is a protocol to run a train. If it is observed in its true sense, the chance for an accident will be next to zero. Violation of safety norms is the basic reason for an accident. The system ( Railways) survived centuries - for obvious reasons - it was designed and implemented by the Britishers. Of course , they might have looted us but they left a legacy of wonders which we reduced to blunders. To post the real picture of Railways is beyond the scope of this comment box. The sorry state of affairs is not confined to the Railways alone, therefore, we can heave a sigh of relief. My daughter failed in class X but I am happy that my neighbour's girl too, failed in class X

ശരിയാണ്, training കൊടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട് .പക്ഷേ block,out,line clear, തുടങ്ങിയ പദാവലികൾ സ്റ്റേഷൻ മാസ്റ്റർ ഉൾപെടെയുള്ള operating staff നു കൊടുക്കുന്ന ട്രെയിനിംഗ് ഇൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ടിക്കറ്റ് കളക്ടർ ആയി സർവ്വീസിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചപ്പോൾ രാമകൃഷ്ണൻ സാറിന് അത് പഠിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു കാണില്ല.പിന്നീട് operating വിഭാഗത്തിൽ മാറുന്ന സമയത്ത് ഈ പറഞ്ഞ ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കൊടുക്കും.
