Your customers are your money if your rude to customers you don’t care about your money there pay is solely tip based !! Her food was probably cold because if he’s rude to her and she’s the customer that means he’s been rude to back of the house all night!! therefore boh js not gonna care about his tables and give him whatever food 9 times outtah 10 this is the case !! Now he asked Nina if she wanted a replacement she said no therefore being that you know there’s an issue with her food u ask management to immediately take it off of her bill not replace them with new wings after she stated she doesn’t want any new ones. Now management is going to be pissed because that is cost and waste !! I think the waiter was attempting to fix the issue for you… I understand both of yours prospective and can understand your frustration. Respectfully personally I would have accepted the new fresh food and moved on with the day. I rather receive hot fresh food then sit eating cold food (that could actually get you sick - side note; one time in high school I went to buffalo wild wings and ate cold chicken and ended up with food poisoning).

Honestly, he didn’t have an attitude - at least during the recorded video. You seem to be upset and have a greater attitude the entire video (it’s never that serious). I actually appreciated that although you told him “no” to getting you new food, he still did, and took action to hopefully satisfy you. Whether you know it or not. Why would he spit in your food if he’s trying to rectify the situation and apologize? He would just leave you alone and give you the bill (if he actually didn’t care).
