That Tupac bar was basic because it was early Pac. It is pretty incredible how he evolved throughout his career until he died. Some of his best work, I believe, was the stuff released post-mortem, made just before he died (Troublesome 96, etc.)

Against All odds showed he lyrical ability in battle. Me and my girlfriend showed his creativity of depicting his girlfriend as a gun. These are just 3 of the many songs that made this album classic.

I love this because it shows how the artist really feels about the bars. If T.I. saw that it was a Tupac bar he would have prolly gave it a 4 or 5 but because they don't tell him who it is he's forced to give his honest opinion.
