你好！多謝你的問題，採是要在四正中產生，而捋本身是包括履和採，但履是不一定要捋，且更不一定要採，詳細我們會於下一輯，為大家講解及示範，謝謝！

不錯！比較着重實用性，但對我來說，太極八勁其實是對"內勁"的ㄧ種形容，一種有別於一般人所使用的肌力，頗為抽象，而這種所謂"內勁"在任何ㄧ種肢體動作中，都可以應用，在下認為甚至可以離開中國功夫的範疇，去到西洋拳、柔道等等中發揮，當然，日本柔術、柔道、合氣道及空手道等有着中國功夫的傳統血液，如把太極拳不着痕跡地放入去，會更加得心應手。

@@theheroandlegendchannel its irrelevant what I can or cannot do. This classical mess doesn't work. No one fights like this stylized crap. Most street fights r like fights in a hockey game. I fight bareknuckle full contact. Go hav a look @ those. Also chk out : Scrapyard GoPro Streetbeef GoPro Underground Street fights World streetfight championship Kudo Shorinjiryu kenpo konishiki karate Bogu karate fighting U obviously hav never fought before if u hav to ask.

And since you can state that I’ve never been in a real fight in the streets or in real competitions before just proves the truth about the facts. Why would he need to fight? This is an art form, culture, and heritage. This is knowledge that can be used to fight, but there is no need.
