Little India is a place of rich culture. Indians are mainly categorised into North and South Indians. Both have different culture in terms of food & lifestyle. I believed those Indian cuisines you have tried in Taiwan belongs to the North Indian and not South Indian. Just a piece of advise. Dive more into experiencing instead of just an time off experience. Speak to the local Indians. You will learn and understand better.

North snd South indian food very different. Chinese and Indian style curry also different. The yellow color is spice. Many different types of Indian food there, will take a few days to try all of them 😂

They are like boomers/mainlanders going to foreign country and wanting everything to taste like back home and wanting price to be similar when the 2 countries economies are so different. Look at the other tourists who are used to Indian food enjoying those cuisine in Little India. The whole idea of visiting another country is to experience new things not same ol same ol. Conclusion. Close mindset.

@@NEAAFFAIRSactually there also lots of Singaporeans and tourists who don't like Indian food. Only thing is that they did not blog their opinions. Guess these bloggers here are sincere about their comments. Let's not be too judgemental and quickly conclude that they are closed mind. Otherwise, we end up closed minded ourselves. 😂

@yct6500 I get not everyone like different food. This isn't the issue here. It's the expectation that it taste similar to Indian food back in Taiwan.
the comment on Indian food is either naive or shows how uninternational Taiwanese is. How can you compare to Taiwanese Indian food that's fake.

Apparently they didn't do any research before going to Little India. It's a pity.

As a Singaporean born and citizen, I don't like Indian food at all. If I have to choose curry or spicy food, I prefer Malay or Indonesian food. Much, much better than Indian food. And the varieties of Malay and Indonesian food are also so much more.. from Gado, to nasi lemak, to nasi Padang, to Mee Siam, to Mee rebus, to lotong... Wow!! 😋
When you are at a foreign country, observe how the local eat also. Eat with right hand. Left hand is for ... . . Btw l like watching your SG series 😊

UU 姐姐,you should try the Chinese Hainanese Curry Economic Rice. It is considered kind of rude to use your left hand to touch food, to eat if you are not using spoon and fork. The acceptable way is to use only the right hand to take, to touch, to eat when you eat in public place or in the restaurant. But you can eat with both hands at home.
