Ever heard of no oil chicken curry? Yes it’s possible. This curry has zero-oil and it is as delicious like any regular curry.
We no need to add any oil to this, we will extract all the oils from the chicken and curd which will help to develop the taste. Also this recipe doesn't come with predefined time , so we need to keep repeating the process of cooking and covering until the chicken is perfectly cooked and the oil gets separated.
For us it took two times, and its cooked.
Indian Curry has always been pictured as heavily spiced with a layer of oil
floating on the top.
Unfortunately, most of the Indian restaurants serve that kind of dish however when we go to a normal Indian household, the food is always simple and well balanced. One would see minimal usage of oil and spices, yet very delicious food.
So this weekend we thought of making a very simple yet tasty chicken curry recipe for the ones who are health conscious.
And we promise you will find it difficult to find out if this recipe is really made without any oil.

Let's face it. Curd contains essential oils. It doesn't releases so much oil and chicken fat doesn't imparts much oil as well. So you must have added some.
