Clear as can be, Tmez is literally choking on fire retardant and is clearly in a hurry to get out of the car so he can start breathing and a Marshall cops a steering wheel in the rush of him getting out. Then the Marshall is pretty much shaping up and abusing Tmez all after he has just been dumped because he (the Marshall) is upset and has a temper .The official was was the problem here! Tmez handled the situation very well under the circumstances.

@@kyleraymer5581 There's fire retardant smoke every where, he got blasted in the face by it and officials are possibly saying fire. If there's a fire you want out as quickly as possible. That steering wheel is in the way of you getting out, so you want it gone quick as possible, without it possibly getting caught on something. So the wheel comes out of the car and usually quickly. I can promise you it was more than likely accidental it hit the official. I usually put my wheel between the dash and the steering box, when I get out normally. Sometimes with movement of the car it will come down and get caught on the steering box. Midgets are real tight to get in and out so it has a chance at getting caught and catching your knee or foot when getting out. So each time I've had a fire, the wheel is going out of the car and quickly. Also note, unless it's a really big fire, you don't know you're on fire until someone tells you it's on fire. Fires can spread very quickly so the last thing you want to do is hang around in a car that's on fire.
