This tmobile CEO responded by phone to an ordinary customer’s concerns. He listened to me like I was the only T-Mobile’s customer. I was absolutely sold. I have been an extremely happy customer because at tmobile you are treated with respect, no gimmicks in pricing etc. He really was speaking and returning customers calls. When I grow up I wanna be just like him. I have been a customer for more than 15 years

Love T-Mobile & John Legere. You made a big mistake at start of video, T-Mobile isn't in 4th place, they are well ahead of Sprint, took that 3rd spot months ago. T-Mobile has a much faster and stronger network and continue to role out LTE at break neck speed. My speeds are 55mb down and 35 up during day, at night much faster. Every week my speeds keep getting faster due to the crazy LTE role out. 3rd place aiming for 2nd, thank you T-Mobile, thank you John Legere.

If I had better service coverage in my area, I would have never left T-Mobile. Having my own individualized customer service team when texting or calling in for service was awesome. Their flat rates and discounts were awesome too. Hopefully this merger with Sprint benifits both the companies and their consumers. Sprint and T-Mobile have the most loyal customers in wireless, and they deserve that loyalty and dedication in return.

Verizon! You could learn a lot from this guy. Your customer service sucks!!
@crossroadskeeper3479 жыл бұрын
It's simple. When coming to Seattle on the Greyhound bus through the mountain passes, the other riders had to borrow my phone because they had no coverage. I switched to Boost once and their customer service was one in which they actually lied about their data, so when my phone was stolen I used it as an excuse to switch back. Last major confusion not only was it fixed but they switched me to a better days plan for the same price. Theres been a few times I was going to be late in payment and as long as I call in and let them know if hasn't been a big deal. Truth is, with my kid all the way across the country and so much business being done with my phone, my phone has to work each and every time and I need to be able to deal with a customer service crew that trays me with dignity and helps me fix the problem in a relatively short period of time. T-Mobile provides this. Yes, I have tried to switch to a "less expensive" company and paid the price for it. This is why T-Mobile is leading the industry and at this rate will continue to do so

This man is the best thing that ever happened to T-mobile, and honestly I feel for the whole USA carrier business. I left T-mobile in 2008 due to horrible coverage in the upper part of Manhattan then went to ATT and started working in Queens and had dead zones at work, and few other places. Which finally lead me to Verizon which is EXCELLENT overall but it is just to pricey for a regular middle class guy like myself. Now I am with T-Mobile again, and my connection is incredible compared to 2008.SO FAR EVERYWHERE I GO! Honestly though feel and think Verizon still has the best service and works everywhere just about after a few years with them. However the price is just too much with Verizon especially when you have four lines.

Over a year ago I had left at&t for t-mobile and my experience switching over was not as good as they make it seem. First when I first switched to t-mobile the t-mobile employee made it seem that they were going to take care of my early termination fees and that I had nothing to worry about and then after a month a received a bill from att and I still owed the early termination fee. So I called t mobile and they said that I had to do extra paperwork or something like that to actually have the $$ sent to me BUT it came in a t mobile pre paid credit card. And then the service was not nearly as good as at&t's. It was very slow and I lived in a large city! So I got tired of it and switched again

They need to stop throttling unlimited customers
@AndrewFesmire9 жыл бұрын
Tim Johnson That's how their plans work. All data plans are 'unlimited' but the more you pay, the more unthrottled speeds you get. You can get a super cheap plan thats still unlimited but you will get throttled to lower speeds after 1gb-ish
@chaoticfungshui41449 жыл бұрын
+Andrew Fesmire Each carrier has an asterisk by the word unlimited meaning their definition isn't the same one that's in the dictionary. Unlimited to me means without limit meaning T-MO customers should get unlimited 4GLTE speeds without a 2.5GB data speed restriction.
@xplics9 жыл бұрын
+Tim Johnson Do they really do that? I am stuck at 20 gigs because I am in the family plan. Which by the way that is something that would be great to change as in having one person or whoever pick a unlimited plan within the plan if that makes sense!
@L0CC2o99 жыл бұрын
+Dante Sims There's separate plans within TMO. If you choose one of the regular plans from $30-60, it will tell you how much LTE you'll get but after you use up your LTE speed, it will be throttled. But if you go with the Unlimited Plan meaning LTE also, they do not throttle you down. I used to have the Unlimited plan and would use up to 20GB+ occasionally. They starting to warn people about abuse because of the tethering. I member of a certain member of a forum accumulated a use of about 2TB of unlimited data. Now that's a lot.
@chaoticfungshui41449 жыл бұрын
Blah blah Like you pointed out the unlimited plan should be unlimited I mean you used 20gb so what? If you used 50gb or 80gb you still shouldn't be labeled a thief right? T-Mobile has been ripping people off for years now by dulling out crappy coverage, spotty service, and bad customer service. I called T-Mobile and asked them to credit my account for the days I was on Edge service and they said they'd send someone out but they never did. I was stuck with a slow phone I couldn't watch porn or One Piece on man do you know how frustrating it is not to be able to watch One Piece? :( Sure 2TB is a lot of data but just think about how much more they've deceived their customers into believing a rock was feather? T-Mo's definition of unlimited isn't the same as ours since they believe it means throttling your speeds while still calling their plans unlimited.If you gave me unlimited 4GLTE then throttled me down to 3G then 2G then it isn't unlimited 4G if it has limits is it T-Mo?

@Th33Vultur38 жыл бұрын
I had T-Mobile back in Jan 2003 to Jan 2004 in a one year contract and after it ended, never went back. I have had Verizon, MetroPCS (prior to the T-Mobile merger) from Nov 2011 to April 2012, back to Verizon till Nov 2013, then Boost Mobile till this past June 2016. T-Mobile I see by complaints such as yours proves that T-Mobile is still trash even 13 years later after I was last with T-Mobile. T-Mobile plans are good or at least show more promise than Verizon, but they can trash Verizon due to coverage all they want, then why did people leave myself leave them for more coverage and continue to do so even today? My grandma has Ultra Mobile which runs off of T-Mobile and she struggles to make a call to where she has to reboot her phone at least once to make a call. WTF is that? I'm not saying Verizon is perfect, but still light years ahead of T-Mobile. John Legere needs to focus on coverage before running his mouth. If I get barely reception with Verizon where I live, imagine T-Mobile.
@kolbyslife37958 жыл бұрын
Exactly. They need to focus more on coverage. I've never had Tmobile but a friend of mine that lives in a different state had it. He said the spotty coverage was very annoying. When he visited us (we live in Cedar Rapids Iowa) he had little to no coverage. Cedar Rapids is the second largest city in Iowa. The only place Tmobile has towers in Iowa is in DesMoines. I don't see them improving coverage anytime soon.

John sounds like Donald Trump! Lol, brutally honest! He's looking to change things for the better! I just dumped Verizon for T-Mobile and it was the best choice I EVER made!

You're right. He talks a lot about how wonderful his moves are.

I like the way he runs things. But their service coverage sucked! To many dead spots. And couldn't even use the internet in a major US city. I'll stick with Spectrum... for now.

i switched from AT&T to tmobile about a year ago and let me tell you I'm not 100% happy with the service i will admit tmobile has severally improved their network but when i went into a store to do a jump on demand the sales rep told me why are you upgrading i told him i didn't like my LG V 10 he told me to take it home and get over it, then i was like okay its time to go back to at&t so i found my self using to much data so i had to switch back to tmobile i tried porting my number back my phone didn't work for a week tmobiles has some serious dumb costumer service people when you call they can never help you they always have to transfer you to "specialists" who are no help what so ever over all i hate tmobiles costumer service reps

Rafael Garcia I'm so sorry to hear that but that store rep should be fired right away for doing that to you! If I was given a chance to receive your call I would be more than happy to assist you in the best way I could, though I admit that I'm not really good in English but for me it doesn't matter as long as I was able to help you out and to make you a satisfied customer.
