Thank goodness you brought this up! Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 10 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life. Great piece!.

I'm curious, what are some of the key factors that you consider when making investment decisions? Do you have any tips for those of us who are just starting to dip our toes into the world of investing? Thanks for sharing your story!

A long read. Please let me know if you find any errors. Thanks. Jim. How Joe Biden’s BIDENOMICS Has Hurt Cities and Towns From 2021- April 2024. “BIDENOMICS” really means the government is SPENDING more money than the government takes in via taxes. To make up the difference, the government borrows money (goes further into debt) from foreign countries, banks, American citizens or anyone else. This debt is added to the present national debt of ($34.4 trillion dollars), that you, your children, and grandchildren, etc will end up paying with yearly interest payments. Expected interest payment for 2026 is $1 trillion dollars. This means less is available to fund American problems. Every year Congress ONLY PAYS THE INTEREST on the national debt, it does not pay down the principal, which is increasing by 1-2 trillion dollars every year. Last time Congress paid any national debt was 1956. They decreased the national debt by a measly 1%. Joe Biden unveiled his 2025 budget on March 11. 2024. Plenty of spending plans for all groups and purposes. Must be a” Presidential Election” year budget plan. National debt to increase another 2-3 trillion dollars. By 2026, Americans will annually spend $1 trillion dollars in interest payments for the national debt. Can you live on your income if you were spending 20% of it on interest? President Joe Biden said that he would be the most transparent President in American history in his inaugural address. Below are facts that Joe has not been very transparent about with the American public. _____________________________________________________________________ In a recent speech, President Biden said: “Folks, BIDENOMICS is just another way of saying 'the American Dream.” Be careful… look at the facts below. ___________________________________________________________________________ Overall, prices increased almost 20 PERCENT during Joe Biden’s term! Has your paycheck increased by 20%? Inflation is not diminishing in 2024. Not good. Average credit card rate - 24.37%, HIGHEST RATE IN 80 YEARS. ( 48% increase since Joe took office). Blomberg reported that the average FICO credit score declined for the first time in a decade in OCT 2023. Home interest rates have increased dramatically to 7.51%. (APR 2024) ( 283% INCREASE since Joe took office). 2023 - the worst year ever for housing affordability. US mortgage applications for home purchases fell in Feb 2024, nearing its lowest level since 1995. (29 years ago). "Today we report that for at least 40% of Americans - up from 27% just two years ago - the American Dream is dead and buried and has been replaced with the American nightmare: renting for life". (Zerohedge.com) (April 2024) The average new car interest rate in Feb 2024 was 7.91% for a 60-month loan. (89% INCREASE since Joe took office). The rates of Americans behind on auto loan and credit card bills continue to rise - in fact, both are at the highest levels in more than 10 years. The AAA estimates the annual cost of owning a new car in 2023, up 14% from last year. Car insurance rates rising the fastest since the inflation spike in the mid-1970s. U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The national average price for a gallon of regular gasoline is $3.40. ( 51% INCREASE since Joe took office.). The average national cost of electricity in January 2023 was 16.8 cents per kWh (33% increase since Joe took office) The average national cost of natural gas for residential customers in January 2023 was $24.15 per thousand cubic feet. (A substantial 44% increase since Joe took office). Total household debt in 2023 set a new all time record of $17.29 trillion. Americans paid $130 billion in interest and fees on their credit cards in 2023. Largest amount on record. And as An Added Bonus: Welcome 11 Million New “Illegal Asylum Seekers” To Your States, Cities, and Communities. You will need to shelter, feed, educate, find jobs, and provide medical care. Joe decided and also gifted you with this obligation, that you not only have to support your family, but also 11 million strangers. Joe, that is going to increase the “homelessness” problem in America. Thanks for putting America first. Joe felt the "legal" immigration system was inadequate for America, so he created the "illegal immigration" system. America does not support Joe’s "ILLEGAL migration” agenda. America supports a "LEGAL" immigration system. "Pay attention to what Joe Biden does, because his actions will tell you everything you need to know."

We ask usa to focus on worry for usa very very wrong doings,,,?... don't pretend anymore,,,,,?.. We can assure usa mighty china dont has problems or troubles at alll....?... We all know cjina survive more then 5000years until now and grow and grow,,, ,?.... Where as usa is only 300 hundred years old and now facing very very hugh financial debts troubles and are in very very deep financial troubles and debt like defaults on 31.4 trillions usa dollars very very hugh financial debts troubles now,,,? And by commercial terms usa now is actually a bankruptcy nation now soon automatic collapse,,,,,?.. So don't pretend anymore usa,,,,,,?.... you cannot pretend that usa got no problems and troubles,,,,?. If you don't work hard and earn many clean honest sweat Moneys to pay back,, Why usa pretend to be very rich and then cheating by overprinted usadollars to so many times to 500 trillions dollars,,,,?. And usa dare to overprinted BUT not dare to assure and guarantee its overprinted dollars trustworthy anymore now,, ?. Like we all can very easily exchange for 1ozs of pure solid gold coins or gold ingots from usa treasury bank for how many usa dollars anymore now,,,,,,,,,?... So usa indirectly encourage all nations to ditch usa overprinted dollars and indirectly motivated and encourage all nations to ditch usa dollars and don't trade with usa overprinted worthless and useless currency,,,?. By not want to assure and guarantee usa dollars trustworthy anymore now,,,.?.. why not dare to assure and guarantee,,,,,,?.... why,,,,,,,,,

Capitalism was designed to fail for the majority. Anything that take infinitely from finite resources will FAIL. The fact that these so called "educated" individuals spend so much time analyzing trends within an asinine system to "fix" the insanity is a shame. They could be using their brain cells to re-imagine how societies can function sustainably for more people (s0me of them are thankfully) and use their levels of awareness to wake up other distracted people. Ideally we would all be denouncing capitalism and its practices and thinking more about how we can shift from this unnatural way of living to something that makes sense to more of us. We really may not have much time to shift our behavior before we're on an irreversible path to the destruction of this beautiful planet that has given us so much. Let's not forget that it took humans to create much of the mess we see in today's world and it will take humans to clean it up.

The idea that these places were ever awesome to work at is just good marketing. I worked at two FAANG companies in the mid 2010s and had all the perks. It was fun, don't get me wrong. The catch though is the expectation of completely ridding yourself of a true work/life balance. You're indoctrinated by being completely surrounded by work at all waking hours. Coworkers are friends and coworkers are family. Mothers have time off for newborns, but still have expectations put on them. Enjoy your time off, but they'll remind you that your work family is slaving away to cover your workload while you're out. Guilt trip. You want to use your $2000 travel stipend? Go for it, we'll all be back here at the office covering for you. Guilt trip. The working hours are inflated from 8 hour days to 10, 12, 14 to get projects done. But it's okay because we have breakfast and dinner available at the office! After hours calls are not off limits. Weekend pushes to get the release through! "Come on, we're all doing it - we'll go out for drinks after!". Oh it's late, let's just sleep at the office so we can knock this out in the morning! If you want to estimate what you make per hour as a salaried employee, a good general rule of thumb is to divide your salary by 2000 hours. In these Fortune 500 tech companies, I'd up that number to 2500 or 2750. With big salaries come big expectations that you're working damn hard for it. They're great jobs for fresh college grads to build a quick nest egg at the expense of a personal life. But they burn out quick, at which point you pray and hope your experience is enough to land you a more realistic job at a sane company for a similar salary.

Because America knows the Land covenants with the indigenous sovereigns 😊... The least they could do is pay people for the impending catastrophes they've duped people into buying into... Climate change is an indigenous, sovereign covenant that us govt didn't understand or appropriately respect (because the covenant is with the British sovereign that were rebelled against in order to form the US. Thus, the rebellious people and their subsequent govt would have little to no idea what the covenant of climate change was and how it functions)... 😌🍀😏
