Hm, it's not tensho as i'm familiar with it! There are extra movements compared to how I've been trained. I'm not familiar with the first two step-and-punch techniques without the audible breath; also the second mawashiuke eye-groin strike and especially the final two moves with shiko-dachi and extension up and out to flat hand and then open palm push. Are there multiple meibukan traditions I'm less familiar with? is this a function of following meitatsu yagi sensei rather than meitetsu yagi sensei?
