The T series is like the O series, but with some alterations that reduce the barrier of entry. It's the easiest series for a fresh account to experiment with, as the difference from the O series, is that robots are considered the same as 4 star operators, reducing the requirement of "limited" characters such as Terra Research commission.
As such, bringing one two star is the new "1 pt" and 3 stars are the new "10 pt", etc etc.

I think this is the only boss to be encountered on a training mission, it's strange like that, and yato still remains the best option for dealing with her.
