Almost sounds like an Ensiferum song to me. I never listen to this track without letting King of Time play directly after, I feel like they aren't even really meant to be taken as two separate songs but one thematically linked piece of music. I also feel like this kind of song is what's missing from Battle Ballads and most of Valkyrja. A song with time and space to breathe and progress and explore the music, not rush to the finish line like Blood of Heroes or Dragons Never Die, not that those are bad songs. For me, that's what makes FFtWotW+KoT some of the best songs Tyr have written in over a decade, and makes Hel one of the best albums since the good old progressive metal days.
