Yesss I've been waiting for this one! 😊 I made the stegosaurus plush you posted and embroidered the eyes and heart with embroidery floss cause I didn't have felt or fabric paint. It worked well for me so I'd recommend! Also found a $3 fleece blanket at goodwill that worked perfectly for the plush fabric. And using a walking (even feed) foot on my sewing machine helped a lot. Thanks for the tutorials and congrats on being a new mom!

So glad you enjoyed it! And thank you, I love being a mom ☺️ That is a nice fabric find! I love embroidered eyes/details. I have an embroidery machine to do it for me, but rarely use it for my tutorials. Hand embroidery is much more beginner friendly! I've found switching to a ballpoint needle on machine helps a lot with sewing plushies too, but a walking foot would be so nice (planning to buy one someday). ☺️

Hi Sarah, I have done the 2 previous dinosaurs patters you offerd and they came out great. On one of the bronchiosaurus I extended the neck, as per my grandson's reguesand it also came out great. I would like to request a pattern for the triceratops, I have been trying to make the pattern , but I am stuck. Maybe you can describe howu to draw these dinosaurs at some point in time, since I know you are super busy now. Anyway, your patterns are agreat, Thank you so much!

I’m so exited for the Nessy plush! I recently started watching you and I just know that you’ll make an adorable plush version! Also fun fact: Nessy theoretically could not be a late surviving plesiosaur because of the arched neck that she is normal portrayed as having. Plesiosaurs have been discovered to have very limited neck rage and could mostly only move them from side to side, not up and down.

I used this for an alibrije Spanish project but I used fake fur instead of mink. I also modified it to have 4 little ears. it was super cute but a pain to do because of the fur

@@jeffheath6315 i couldn’t resize the page from the PDF, so I copied page 2 with a 1:2 (i think) increase. Then the dotted lines around the edge of the page were nearly the same and the circles on the Trex hip were almost the same size. Not perfect, but close enough to make the pattern work.

can somebody explain what the point of the two slits on the stomach is? i don't get it

The two slits on the stomach are darts. For each dart, you fold the stomach so that one half of the dart aligns with the other half and sew on that curved line. This will make the back legs pull inwards instead of being flat with the stomach. Hope that makes sense!
