Maybe all Printify aop t-shirts are made of 100 percent jersey polyester but their is a wide array of aop polyester types that outside of that such as velvet, birdseye mesh, Polly waffle etc. Though cotton does print very well for aop with direct to fabric and reactive printing with a higher color yield than dye sublimation on poly. Besides that i applaud 🎉your video, however it would be more interesting to compare the print quality for each tee next time. Cheers 🍻

I don't know how long ago this video was made but if someone can help me out with a question that would be great. I am just getting started with printify and I am at a lost on how the process works as far as how the costs for the shop owner/or business owner works? What I mean by this is if I am starting out with $0 dollars and I have absolutely no money do I get charged for each order a customer makes out of pocket before I am paid by the customer, do I get charged at the first point of sale? The second question is how to choose the right shipping provider is it best to stick with the same shipping/printing provider with all products or is it fine to use many different ones for different products? Thanks for any feedback!

Hi! Welcome to the POD journey! Regarding costs, you will most likely need to pay some money out of pocket first. This is because the sales platform that you use may take a few days to release the money your customer pays before you can use it to pay for the actual product from Printify. But there are options: 1) You can have your order approval at manual help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483625253265-How-can-I-set-up-store-details-and-order-approval-settings-. That is, you could set your products to be sent to print only when you approve and only when you get the funds from your customer. However, this will most likely increase the time your customer will get their product. 2) You can sell through Printify Pop-Up kzbin.info/www/bejne/porIhWenead4psk&ab_channel=Printify. Here you don't need to pay anything upfront as the money your customer pays is used to pay for the product and shipping. When it comes to choosing a print provider, we know there are a lot of options and can get tricky! This video at 12:54 gives a nice overview kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYfFpaxtbJl1rsk&ab_channel=Printify. Things like product, location, price, and color options are all factors to consider. Many sellers use multiple print providers. :) We highly recommend joining our POD Rockstars Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/printifypodrockstars. Should you always design for one specific color? I offer a single design with several tee colors.

Hi there! Obviously some designs work better on certain colors than others, and offering too many colours can sometimes create a paralysis of choice. One option is to use the mockups you create of your design on different colors and promo them on your store socials. Use your audience to gauge whether there is interest a product before offering it ! Or, roll out a new color one by one, so that you can get rid of the options that don't sell and keep the ones that do !

@@Printify I decided to go with the information in the video. Mainly because online shopping can be tricky when it comes to colors. Bought samples from Printify. A coffee cup, two tees, two mat posters and a huge wall tapestry. Seeing everything in person gave me a better perspective, which in turn has taught a lot. Thank you for the video and reply. The thing that confuses me is the payment aspect. Because Printful doesn't host their own storefront for you, you have to integrate with another platform like Shopify or Etsy - but I'm not sure how it works. Do I have to maintain a bank account with enough money in it to cover the printing fees up front or will it take everything from the storefront allowing me to not see money until the order's been printed and shipped?

Hey, good question! Printify will use the funds from your customer to pay for the production costs, and your earnings will be available for payout 2-3 weeks after the end of each calendar month. So you do not need to pay anything up front. :)
