This 98 session is the best, especially the saxophone

It was hard to imagine that Masato Honda and Hirotaka Izumi could be replaced successfully, but Takahiro Miyazaki, Tadashi Namba and Keiji Matsumoto were all fantastic. I will always wonder why it was decided not to make more albums with this line-up. Mr Andoh must have had a good reason to part ways with these great musicians.

I remember that on that time, Namba actually live and work in America so he can't stay with T-Square in a long term. And the main problem of T-Square on that time is - Their album was very bland to me (But strangely it was x100 much better when performing live) I still hate studio version of Seven Wonders to this day (But when playing live it was a beast, Still wondered why Andoh and Namba dueling didn't happened in album version) But having Namba, Miyazaki, and Matsumoto was the best decision ever. I always love Namba character and playing style. Very lively, funny and energetic 🙂

I really wish there was a parallel world, which Miyazaki-san and Matsumoto-san could stay in the band until 2002.And in 2003 Itoh-san and Izumi-san came back as The Square reunion. Of course the best choice is Izumi-san is still alive, I still can not accept this result.
