Tête de Moine, a very cool cheese!

This is one of the coolest cheeses produced in the world. Tête de Moine hails from Switzerland and was first created 8 centuries ago. First created by the monks of the Abbey of Bellelay, this cheese has been used as currency and to settle legal disputes over the years. Tête de Moine literally translates as Monks Head. The Girolle shaves it super fine releasing the amazing odours and enhancing the flavour.
