I love the idea of giving the story a voice, one that’s more than simple narration. Both the animation and voice/music are good enough to stand alone from one another, though when combined it raises the art of story telling to a new level. Truly an inspiration, thank you.

My take is that it is karma for a man who took frugality to the point of utter penny-pinching stinginess; his refusal to part with even his trash (note how he doesn't actually throw away the sprouts from his head, but keeps them around) ends up turning him into an object that other people start sponging off of, which ultimately destroys him.
