As a StikBot fan Since the day i was born, StikBots were never sold in my country so unfortunately I couldn’t get a single one , but i have 5 T13s now they are sold in my country and surprisingly, they are really good with the joints and playability. T13s should have official boxing and marketing like ads and other stuff stikbot did. In my opinion i LOVE T13 but StikBots are still Fun and Nostalgic

They're 2 very different products, made by 2 different manufacturing process, with 2 completely different aims in mind, and one of them is a commercial product developed for commerce while the other one is a free design on the internet posted by a guy to show off his design capabilities. One is injection molded in a factory set up to make that, the other is 3D printed by someone, somehow. And you're seeing the outcomes of all this in the discrepancies between enthusiasts (mostly kids or people who plays) and disappointeds (mostly boring lazy adults). Loving to hear you enjoy your D13! :) (me too!)

If any of you have a 3D printer, I recommend printing Easy13 made by the same creator as Dummy13. It's a figure with nearly the same level of articulation, but made very easy to print for anybody. It uses fewer parts and a blockier frame rather than a realistic human shape. From what I can tell, they both the same exact joints and functionality. I printed Easy13 and it is a very cool figure.

...AND LOOK THE F*6K THEY GOT IN THAT BAG!! It had upset me. Those are mostly ripped off designs. The D13 plans are free for commercial use, but they _had to_ rebrand it. The accessories are fan made but they mostly have a Creative Commons, not a full commercial License! And they're just weapons. Only weapons. I love guns but maybe give people (kids) a better choice than they had in their childhood. I believe. Even the feet articulations are swapped. And it came already assembled, where's the fun??

Chezzle films use resin not the other version of the printer I recommend to use that it's more durable print but it's still fragile

pro tip to get rid of the stumps from the excess pegs you can use a nail clippers or razor knife it should get it all off

@@FrankZappaOfficial Sorry I've been rude bc bad sleep and this content triggered me. I 3dp this model, the D13. I try to be respectful of the opera the creator made, leaving them license-free. This channel dunks on the D13 by mentioning one company that plain steals the design and rebrands it on their own and sell a crappy product of it for more margin than dignity. And so to speak in favor of his mediocre stuffed plastic bot, thinking we hadn't used Playmobils in the 90's. ... I print these, and if you make a good kit card you should be able to disconnet the pieces from the matrix and clean thm only with fingers and nails, no one should "have to have" a pair of scissors, expecially if he's 10 yo. All in my opinion. I didn't intend to be rude with you. ... In the end this video has mostly good (meta) news for my "business": 1- There's demand 2- Competitors are delivering mostly crap 3- Their packaging is smuggler-styled bags 4- The price of my product is still aligned with their questionable offer. 5- I don't sell on Etsy or so, I sell to who already sells so you can touch it feel it when buying. 6- I'm fine. People is what it is. I'm doing a good job. It took few hours to convince myself tho.

@@BluCashier 2 cents not 2 cents. It's close to 100g of plastic which means 2 euros, and it's in total a 6 hs print which is at least another 1 euro just for electricity. The machine is not free that's why I'd charge you 2€/print hour. Plus you have to know how to setup correctly, even if you make a one-off if you want it flawless. So, a 22 bucks price is kinda the correct price, paying taxes. As far I've seen, the problem is the overall quality of the bundle you receive.

Reach your trusted 3D printer or a serious 3D local business and ask them to meke it for you. If they're hones they will ask you more like 30 bucks, but if you want it a good exemplar, it's what it's worth (plus taxes obv. I'd make it for 18 or so but I imagine we're far.)

That's some poor quality control on that print. They should have never mailed one out with the defects on the hat and a few other spots. Both feet should move the same as well (a few parts look assembled incorrectly). And I don't get why they would send the weapons and hands still on tabs. Only takes a second to remove them and clean them up. It's odd because the file I printed didn't have the hands on tabs to begin with. It is a fun print tho! I printed wings for mine!
