T13 Vs Stikbot - An indepth review

Hi, Dummy 13 creator here. First off, let me state the obvious and say that I have no control over the stores that just rip off my design and make aggressive TikTok ads about them. I just wanted to make a cool thing for the 3D printing community, not attack any other community. Second, I think you set up a somewhat unfair test here. Dummy 13 is designed for FDM printing, not resin printing, and I provide a detailed list of recommendations for getting the best prints. I don’t deny that the parts are fiddly and require some dialing in for good results, but the end user is responsible for at least using the recommended materials and processes. If using a resin printer, you should at least be using a tough resin designed for functional parts. All that said, I do appreciate you giving my design a fair shake as far as aesthetics and posability. Again, I didn’t design this as a direct competitor to Stikbots or any other product. You can have both! I’m sorry that these knockoff sellers have been attacking your hobby like this. Lastly, thank you for using the correct name for Dummy 13 and pointing people to the original source. Dealing with knockoffs has been extremely frustrating, as you can probably tell. Giving me proper attribution helps me build my brand so that I can retain control over my future designs and keep them from getting out of hand like Dummy 13 has.

The leg can’t be a ball joint since it gives it less stability and also allows the leg to do some very unnatural poses, and you shouldn’t use a resin printer.

Agree completely, as a stop motion animator i do think Stickbots are better (i hate the pain of when a figure can't stand as im doing my animation) . But ofc i love posable figures aswell. I usually mess around with my posable figures a-lot and take some photos.

The reason why they're going up against stikbot is because they're famous the reason why they do not because they're trying to carry yourself because they don't have anything at first so they are trying to be better than stikbots butt stikbots are very different than Titan 13 in fact they're even more familiar with the band figures then stikbot
