The T14 is an interesting beast. Intended to replace the Churchill, but the Churchill got better before it was produced. Then the US decided to uparmor Shermans instead, so nothing at all came of the design. Also, Jim was a treasure. Keep up the good work, Bo & Co!

The Panther was classified by the Germans as a medium tank, but it was heavier than most of the allied heavy tanks so that's where the confusion comes from. But that classification can come from doctrinal use more than weight and armor
