It's important to establish whether the part is genuine or fake before pointing fingers. Like many businesses, their brand is commonly faked in China so it may have been sourced from there. If the part is genuine then it shouldn't be too difficult to establish which customer bought it from them, given the protocols in Ireland and the EU. Either way, I doubt Tillotson will be allowed to make further comments on it for a while.
