Remove the fuse in the loom for 10 minutes and put it back in again to re set this.

They look ace....sigh another thing my van now "needs" lol. Could I leave out the voltage sensing part of this and just wire the drl section to a switched live?

No because the section takes to feed and one needs to switch off the other (drl to side light) if you did that it would blow the LEDs.

Hi I am so glad you said what you said! A certain Van company keeps trying to get me to lift my T5 telling me it will add 2 grand in value....I always disagree telling them that T5.1's are common AF! And it's more likely that it will be the opposite way around in reality when people want an OG van..... Nobody lifted T1-4 so why the T5? 👍🤙

Yes they will fit a 2008 Caravelle. You can't fit our LED's though I'm afraid. There isn't enough room in the back of the house to fit the resistor in.

Just had mine fitted, but for some reason the DRL stay on for at least 30mins after the engine is switched off, has it been wired up wrongly....??? Thanks

I have these in my t5 and am a little confused as to why my dip goes out on main beam but the ones in this video say on ?

They don't, i think its just the way it looks in the video when Mikey has the flasher on inside. Any early T5 doesn't have this feature. The lights just do what the vans tell them

@@THQAutomotive bit gutted about the drl side of things , i ran it for a bit but on most occasions it would stay on for over half an hour after ignition off 😳

@@Doogiehowzer Your van doesn't have a DRL. This control box tricks the headlight into thinking it does. After long journey's, the power gets stored in the control box. Its not drawing from your battery. You can just remove the fuse for 10 minutes to re-set it. Failing that remove the box and run the lights the same as the original with a DRL. You can just turn your side out on to have the DRL on instead.

Hi guys like the videos, I have a 2010 caravelle, 2.5, I had a smell of melting wire come through the heater vents, and then the radiator fans come on, the smell has now gone, but I start the engine and about 10 seconds after the fans come on and stay on, until I turn it off,, had it plugged in. Said aircon sensor, 60 quid later fans still come on, any ideas, thanks George.
