Tricks for Crewmates: 1) if you see 2 ppl in admin, run before you see the blink. In some cases you might be able to catch a color 2) If you see 1 person is already in a room and see someone go in after them wait outside the door or look through the wall to see the vent open or close. This is very helpful and is a pro level play for crewmates 3) LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF ADMIN it is more useful than cams! Cams is so limited and if you have a good imposter group, they more or likely won't kill infront of it. Admin shows all the room and all though you can not see the colors, you can see every kill, every vent, and everyone's whereabouts. You can even see if someone in your room is in a vent! This can protect you from being killed. If someone vents you can just call a meeting and ask where everyone was. You can even tell if they lied or not if they said they were in a room where nobody was in. Tricks for Imposters: 4) You ALWAYS want an alibi! When I play imposter, I always pick a crewmate to stick with so you get cleared. If they sus you they more or likely will sus the person they cleared you 2 which leaves 2 outcomes: (1) The crewmate goes first and you get further cleared. (2) You get voted off first then they also get voted off

Though what you did is kinda smart, there are many ways that can go wrong, examples being: The cam watcher is also a impostor. The cam watcher is brainless and doesn't call meeting or call your killer out,. The cam watcher can be killed by the second impostor after you die. Here is some other tricks i personally use that can help new players learn more. 1. Camping in the admin vent- Dont forget that people on admin can see players in vents on the admin table. Because the kill cool down doesnt go down while in vents crewmates who have finished their tasks can just wait there on the admin table for you to leave. The vent system between the admin cafe and hall is very risky because there is also cameras on one and the other one is in plain sight. 2. Venting from shields to nav to weapons and vise versa- Players on an admin map can easily detect this vent pattern and come use it as evidence in a meeting. If somebody appears in shields then disappears just as another person appears in nav and stays there for a second before disappearing at the same time someone appears in weapons. 3. Task priority system- I don't know if anyone else does this but i always have a priority system in my head for tasks.This will likely differ between people but my personal priority list considers the fallowing. 1 is the task in a place where you can easily get killed (electrical, reactor, coms, greenhouse, admin. i dont play Polus lol). If you get killed in these rooms then the imposter can usually easily get away undetected. 2 is the task over a vent or in a spot where the body will not be found (download in weapons, top of the admin table, anywhere in coms). 3 if the task is long (simon, download and upload data (kinda), asteroids). If you do a long task then there is more time for the impostor to kill you. 4 tasks that you personally have trouble with. This can range from admin card swipe to the dial thing in electrical. They slow you down and have the same consequences as the last one. For me personally the list is: dials in elec, everything else in elec, simon, fuel engines, wires, download/upload, other 2 part tasks, the rest. 4. Visual tasks- Never do visual tasks! That way if someone says you are sus you can just say i have a visual task. This proves your a cremate so don't be scared to save these! 5. A fake impostor- If you are impostor and are alone then it is good to have an alibi. There is no better alibi then another friend. It is even better if the person is confirmed to be a crewmate. Then you can fallow them and if they say you are chasing them say you were fallowing them because you knew they weren't impostor. 6. Betrayal is key- If literally everyone thinks your fellow impostor is an impostor you have to vote for them. Even agree with the crew. If it was obvious that he was caught be the first to say it and this builds trust with the crew. 7. Always talk- Not talking is one of the most sus things you can do. If you dont talk then people will instantly think you are trying to hide that you are the impostor. Because of this it is good to participate in conversations. 8. Dont be "that guy"- If another impostor votes you off then dont say they are the impostor. This just ruins the game for everyone. If you want you can say that one of the crewmates is the other impostor. Then pretend you slipped and appoligize to the crewmate. They are sure to be voted out. Just make sure they arent confirmed to be a crewmate. 9. Consistency between games- This trick is very important if you play on the same lobby multiple times. People will think you are sus if you were crew for the last 3 games and all of a sudden this game you are acting completely different. This can eisily give away everything! Thats all for the tricks. Tip to catch the imposter: enter a sever when the game starts walk around do some tasks then hit the button start acussing some one if someone says skip say fine if everyone else votes skip and one or two people vote yo you'll want to stay away from them cause they might be the imposter. Question: What is the hardest Among Us impostor round you have ever played? Welp I was Impostor on my own, Black ran to Medbay to do scan, then purple did shields, I was an actual idiot and didn't realize I was impostor so I just stuck with them. Turns out EVERYONE WAS GROUPING UP so I called lights over and over until like the millionth time I killed white then I saw the lights went back on and black came out so I self reported. Yeah so basically purple and black vouched for me and we stuck together start to finish. I couldn't kill ANYONE and then came the fact that the task bar was like 98% full so I kept sabotaging Comms and uhh red vouched for me in an Emergency Meeting because I fixed comms (to gain everyone's trust) We voted red and yellow off because they weren't with us (Even though yellow did trash lmao) and then it was just me black and purple. (Spam the sabotage button) And I killed black. The amount of stress made me almost press use instead of kill-

One Noob misstake I would like to mention is protecting your imposter buddy with all your might even if all crewmates agree to vote him out. The most clever imposter I recently witness was a guy who was in security and saw his buddy vent right in front of another crewmate. The crewmate didn't actually realise that an imposter vented right in front of him because he was doing tasks, but the guy called his buddy out on emergency meeting. After that, he was the only one nobody suspected to be an imposter.

Listen to my story! Once I was an imposter. Emergency meeting was called and that noob red guy said 'Yellow' (my colour was yellow). I did not met him single time, then how would he know that I am imposter? Their were no proofs for him to tell about me. Thankfully, other good crewmates started accusing red. Red said 'My friend told me that yellow killed him'. Really very disappointing. All voted me off. He actually cheated! 😠😠😠😠
