How do you make the changes in settings permanent? Every time I change anything, including customize my favorites, it reverts back to factory settings after a day or so.

Set up your dash the way you want it, go to your settings turn shortcuts on then save the settigns to your favorotes. Then after that if the dash ever resetes just push the favorites button on the stearing wheel and it will being the dash back to your settings

Melton assigned me a new one of these and wow, awesome! Great job Kenworth, the improvements were right on-target and well-executed. Keep that design team, they are world-class and made all the right moves. Looking for more info on the steering-assist feature. A superb truck!

I have a 2023 KW T680 Turn your key to off, open and close driver door, you turn the key from on to off 8 times fast an on the 9th time go all the way to start then back to off.. Wait 15 mins.. If it(computer)doesnt reset repeat and now sit for 30 minutes. Annoying as hell at time's honestly. Ive had to do it 3 times so far as a company driver. Annoying but better than having to wait for the roadside team

Kenworth is Plagued with electrical issues. The one I'm in is like a year old and has sooo many electrical issues including the dash

When is the fix for the bluetooth coming? I can sync up my phone and hear it as long as I am stopped, but as soon as I start moving volume goes really low. I turned up the stereo all the way and still can't hear much. Please help.

first load in a brand new 22 t680 and my display is frozen. meaning even cruise control can't function. nothing on google about how to reset it. no battery kill switch to force it off. stays on with key out of ignition and apu off for hours. lmao is a brand new fucking truck less than 1,000 miles.

Hey Kenworth! If the 15 inch display is the heart and my baby has heart failure! Even after the software update which was performed yesterday, my custom settings keeps going blank overnight when I power down. What gives? How come you aren’t responding to any of the comments here?

Dash DADONG whenever I turn my key to the on position, turn my key off or do anything else. The dash is always making that loud noise. It's annoying. It wakes up my code driver and gives me a headache

I’m all for modern technology but there’s something to be said for old-school analog gauges. What’s more alarming is they know they have a problem and they are not notifying any of us. Correct me if I’m wrong But isn’t it a safety issue to drive with no gauges?

Turn Cruise on hit set and truck will idle up. Keep hitting set to your desired RPM.

In My Honest Opinion. And I hope Kenworth Trucking Co. will Reply to my Comment. I have driven one of these with the Digital Display. 1st Negative. The Night time glare is Ridiculous even on the lowest setting! 2nd Negative. Besides on all the other comments. When the dash goes dark what Saftey features are In place to prevent this? How is this more cost effective than other gauge systems? Verses replacing a sensor on an older cluster. There are so many what if’s on this display. I was thinking about Buying a W990. But I just wish Kenworth would make it a either or split. Digital and or Standard Gauges. To where a person could choose. I won’t be buying one. I’ll take my 175,000 and go find an old truck and fix myself. I love Kenworth. But these mistakes being made are so sad to see
