Why no ladder to the second bunk bed ?

Curious why truck manufacturers are not adding small shower/toilet options for these bigger sleepers. Copycat Freightliners in China/Asia are being built with shower/toilet as well as some other companies. It doesn’t seem like manufacturers have bothered to make any REAL advancements in sleeper layout/design in decades. Everything is exactly where it’s been in the sleepers for years. It’s time for shower/toilet options to be configured into standard 70”-80” sleepers. There is clearly the room. If China can figure it out so can we. As for the additional weight, yeah bullshit. Driver comfort/retention/personal safety all outweigh the additional weight (350-500 lbs). Sleepers are huge, tall and integrated into the cab/chassis, this should be a no brainer.
