Comparison between Tekken 8 and mk1. It comes down to abundance mindset and respect for the consumer. WB was in a state of lack mindset so they over priced skins and cosmetics, while bandai namco was in an abundance mindset so they gave incredible skins and customization options free of charge. WB had no respect for the consumer so they released and sold a sub par product while bandai namco had he utmost respect for the consumer hence releasing a truly satisfying product.

At 0:42, what was the high kick move Asuka used that led to Reina getting launched?

that was f2+3, that move have a punch parry which got Reina launched. Even if it just hit without getting punch parried it can still convert to a full combo, which happened at 3:10.

Additional: notice in 8:09 when Reina got launched again, that's because Asuka also have a kick parry in which the input is b2+3. That move can only launch on successful parry.
