Why doesn't Knee use his Heat in every match? He's wasting so much potential No question that he's miles better than me, I'm just curious

Pretty sure Knee sees heat as a mega defense option so if he isn’t being poked then he won’t use it. Whenever he made a mistake shine launched or had him in a combo but when shine was just jabbing the heat is activated.
