It's great against people who don't know the matchup. Definitely not a game changer against knowledgeable players...the likelihood of landing a CH BT f+3 at a high level is slim to none. It's a nice buff but mostly insignificant in the grand scheme of things. The best thing he got this patch was the Aqua Spider change. Raven requires a few additional tweaks in order for him to be an actual threat in T8.

You literally get a free 1+2 on block from it.

What difference does it make when there is no reason to duck? They removed his BT grab game, and his safest BT low became negative ON HIT and -15 on block... Meanwhile, King reaches for your nuts and is +7 on block or does an easy breezy 45 damage on counter. Raven is a high risk low reward character playing against low risk high reward opponents. And don't even get me started on how bad the hitboxes are. 5:43 could have easily cost him a game where as EVERY one else in the cast would get their follow up guaranteed after hitting. Hell some characters will do full on 180s in a split second, but not Raven!
