Damn, TMM taking two whole games (not rounds) is huge. Seems the final score was 2-4, but thats impressive considering Joka is arguably the best T8 Heihachi and also a top 4 level player. Fishing for the single hellsweep lows early for plus frames can be surprisingly effective at high level, but Joka shut that down quick. He's amazing to watch.

Mainman is pretty good but when he's under pressure, especially against pro players. he starts using the same patterns and gets wrecked. If he goes beyond this mental constraint he can become proper solid.
@buchy1275Ай бұрын
Agreed, he shouldn't have relied on the hell sweeps as much, and should have tried focusing more on whiff punishing JoKa with electrics, JoKa read him like a book with those hell sweeps and electrics he was throwing and was constantly launch punishing TMM for it, he has to play more patiently against pro players, and needs to change it up and be more unpredictable, I agree tho if he changes it up and becomes more unpredictable, he could most definitely keep up with pro players. Great sets tho nonetheless, they both played great, JoKa is probably the best Mishima player in the world rn, and the fact that TMM won 2 games on him is still really impressive to me, especially since he has never played professionally before
