Man, Devil Jin wasn't strong even when his psycho crusher was OP. He's even weaker now. I'd argue he was completely fine with it being the way it was and it emphasizes his identity even more. + Counter hit throw sound effect bug lol.

That’s not a bug. Counter hit throws sound like a gun shot now. It’s actually a decent change. But I agree, devil jin is pretty low tier now. Kazuya is the single worst character in the game right now after this patch, but devil jin is certainly right there with him. It’s absurd that the 2 hardest characters in the game are so weak. Devil Jin’s and kazuya‘s left arms have zero Hit Box. Especially kazuya’s. It’s unreal that this hasn’t been patched yet.

@@The_Buff_Guy I would argue that Kazuya is a way stronger character than Devil Jin, tbh. Better punishment Better 50/50 Actually has good mids (axe kick) Better oki better tracking (devil's fist actually TRACKS) better heat utilization. Honestly, they need to give Devil Jin his UF4 knockdown to make him at least viable at this point. + I really disagree with the new CH throw sound effect. It was way cooler when it had the slick high pitched sound before.

@@lightning9552 better Oki is arguable. Kazuya gets less damage for his hell sweep. Devil jin’s launches for big damage, or you can do MC+1 into steel pedal. Or db1+2 charge on wake-up’s. That’s really nice to have. Guard break that can only be beaten with sidestep right on wake up? Crazy. His demon paw also heavily tracks to his right. Kazuya’s Devil Fist slightly Tracks to both sides, but it’s actually a lot worse than you think. I’d say devil Jin’s has the better tracking, where as kazuya’s has 0.3 more range. As far as 50/50, I disagree that devil Jin’s is worse. He has hell sweep or iws2. One tracks left, one tracks right. Iws2 is only -12, too. Far better than kaz’s iws2. Kazuya has ff3, thank fuck. You wouldn’t really use that for his 50/50 at high level, though. But devil jin has ff4 that he can just throw out in the neutral anytime. Amazing safe, long range CH launcher. Devil jin also has a jab that hits at range 2.12, whereas kazuya’s jab is the worst in the game, and only hits at 2.03. Huge difference. Plus kazuya’s df1 and heat burst whiff on a regular basis because his entire left arm is genuinely bugged. I think kazuya has the overall better heat options now, but as a character, devil jin is certainly better. They’re both bottom 2 in the game, though.

@@lightning9552 The only thing Kazuya has over dvj is a good 50/50. Dvj has better damage and matches him in oki and poking. and maybe punishment bcoz of ws12
