this version is by Leifiifi College in their album that was launched in 2003. Under the leadership of Falefata Tuaniu the Principal and Musician is Melvin Solomona. Leone also sung it, both versions are 'tau siva' meaning its nice to dance to. and if you wanna argue that im wrong then sorry i have proof coz my brother was in this group and hes the one that solos in the Eleele song.....fai aku ai fo'i lmao

Originally the song was composed by the TTC Samoa Teachers Training college,,,,but sung by Leifiifi College and I was a choir member back then in 2003 So the whole album by Leifiifi was dedicated to all the old teachers of Samoa in rememberance of their great service. Only one original song which was composed by the sch principal Tuaniu Petaia Tuaniu (viiviiga o le laumua;compliments of Leifiifi) together with 2 Hymns 1 in Samoan EFKS song (about faãtalaleleiga) and 1 in english. thus, the preparation, recording, and practices relied on the assistance from education ministry especially the former;original composers of songs whom were teachers.....some were later became faifeaus in Malua and Piula.... The version of this album by Leifiifi was modified in a more lively style of music..... One old musician Hemi Solomona was there all along, helping us with our voices and chords to ensure success.... this time,,,,,,Leone HS was popular from Am Samoa so Leifiifi was like the 1st from western samoa to come up with this Samoan album..... The album contains all TTC old songs that were forgotten by many Samoans,,,,Leifiifi as the 1st gov sch in Malifa during German rule was given the priviledge to revive these songs in a modern music version. So yes I always cherish this album whenever I hear a single song no matter how old it is now...... Enjoy our very own Samoan songs by the late teachers....each song tells a story of Samoa~s journey back then.....

Both school have made their own versions of this song...But this is Leififi College of Samoa..Leone almost has the same version but this is definitely Leififi College CD that was released in 2003...Good Job to both School...

Leone set the standard for these other choirs that came after them, such as Samoana High, Leifiifi College and Avele...Then again, I could be biased. Leone travelled here 2 Auckland NZ in 02' and they were nothing short of amazing! Anyway, this is Leifiifi's version.

This song belongs to LEIFIFI COLLEGE in the Independent State of Samoa. Leone High School never sang this song. I know this because I bought the CD when it first came out & I know the songs Leone High use to sing back in the days. Sorry to say this but Leone High Swing Choir can never measure up to Leififi College choir. Leififi is just simply AMAZING!! Love my 685 people!
