Everyone in the comments talking about how relaxing it is. While that may be true, for me it gets be super hyped up. A few years ago I played this while running while having gotten no sleep the night before and ran 10 miles while listening to this the whole time. A surreal experience for me.

I can see why you say that, it has a very STEADY metronome like beat. It translates as a near perfect steady 1-2- 1-2-1-2-1-2-3 beat (equivalent to a nice ground eating trot for a man or dog!) So if you get in the "zone" you could loop this and just keep on TROTTING (jogging for endurance) I believe you fully! I could bike ride to this too!

I have found that I can’t seem to go to sleep without my Sleep Easy/Restful music at night. I have done a study on myself and one night, I tossed and turned all night long. The next night, I put on my Sleep Easy Rest music and I was sound asleep within five minutes! I was astonished at how much I rely on my rest/sleep music! My husband has come to love it as well.
