I learnt tabla for 7 years but left in class 7 as I went to boarding school , since then almost 23 years later I started again practicing , during this lockdown period , through ur video I will learn again and get back to my rhythm thank u for teaching , ur way of teaching is very easy and people who are first timer will easily grab . I just went with my friend of 30 years to buy tabla drums from the gudwara temple shop in toronto, it was a wonderful experience. I am writing poetry and am recording spoken word and hope to play tabla drums in the background. I can see what an intricate instrument this is. I find it fascinating. When I walked in the gentleman running the store was playing tuhi tuhi, a wonderful prayer and meditation, I particularly loved the sound of the tabla and since watching your video realize it may be a lifetimes work to actually play tabla as is played in this musical prayer. I hope to be a one of your students
