So glad you appreciate it! We're so fortunate to have local folks like Jerry Rohde and Barry Evans (and others) volunteer to help make these episodes. We're working with Barry on a new episode about the USS Milwaukee shipwreck - really fascinating history!

Thanks! Barry & Jerry pitched the idea for this episode - they felt Table Bluff's fascinating history isn't real well known locally.

Great! We didn't know about it either until Barry and Jerry took us there. This entire episode was their idea.

Excellent stuff! Who would have thought US presidents would have popped up in the story!

Thanks! It was great to learn all that fascinating history from Barry and Jerry. We had to edit out about 90% of what they covered - otherwise, it would have been a 2 hour show!

I don't know about the tombstone you were showing but I can tell you for a fact that Hollis James was on the cemetery board of directors and he made about 100 markers for graves that had no markers. They were all made out of old growth redwood and were carved I believe with a router of some kind. This would have been in the 60s -70s. many were set up but there was a stack of them that were never put out. I do not know what happened to them. Please feel free to contact me if you wish, I have quite a bit of history about the cemetery many of my family members are buried there.

Ray, you did a wonderful job, so much fun playing with you and Jerry. Favorite part is the outtakes, starting at 20:15, but that's just me...

The outtakes are the reward for anyone who watches to the end. But, I'd say that your drone footage steals the show!

What was the verdict to what happened to Luella if it wasnt suicide? Was it then considered an unsolved murder by a possible jilted admirer who may have been jealous of the love she had for her Indian love interest?
