You know we're just kidding when we say "shamrock"! These are 4-leaf clovers... maybe we could use some of their luck 😉

These place mats look great. It would be helpful to see you stitch with the decorative metallic thread using the thread director. The earlier tip tutorial of using that combination of thread w/ the director was very good ~ if possible could you incorporate that tip by demonstrating how well it works in these Table Glitz tutorials? Thank you so much! 👍

Just a tip. If you use pinking shears to trim your seam allowance, you have effectively trimmed and clipped at the same time.

That is a great tip! If you are confident with a rotary cutter, we would also recommend this pinking rotary blade, too: www.shabbyfabrics.com/Olfa-45mm-Pinking-Blade-P33410.aspx

Love these 4 leaf clovers. It would be great to see a shamrock pattern which would have 3 !eaves.

We think these will accommodate plates a bit better with their 4 leaves, but yes, Shamrocks would be lovely!

Hello everyone! I can’t take credit for this tip as I found it on someone’s KZbin video and can’t find it again to include the link however this person had a great tip her grandmother shared with her when sewing scallops. At the pivot point, you should take 1 small stitch that runs horizontal to the pivot point (imagine a ruler laying at the tips of two scallops and make the stitch horizontal to the ruler) and then continue with the pivot. . This just gives a tiny bit of extra space to help the scallops turn cleanly to the right side and I thought that tip may be helpful to anyone who is struggling to get the pivot points of the shamrock looking nice and crisp.
