A former doctor and food writer Bruno Verjus opened Restaurant Table in 2013 and in 2022 received a second Michelin star. In the video he talks about his inspiration and reason to be a chef, and how his medical background influences him.
I had lunch at the restaurant in november 2022 and was very impressed. This is a very interesting place with an intellectual approach to creative gastronomy. Food is wonderful, inspired and the service very friendly. #tableparis #brunoverjus
