I remember making these type of cookies when I was 5(ish) in the early 80's. They used colored sugars and called them stained glass cookies. My first cooking memory! 👍

If you put various broken pieces that equate to about a half a jolly rancher in the middle, you could make multi coloured stained glass windows. They won't take like almond, but they will taste like Jolly ranchers and will be colourful ^-^. These look so delicious with the almond though 🤤

Ingredientes: 🤔 De la masa* >>🥟 50 g de mantequilla🧈 sin sal🧂🚫 a temperatura ambiente♨️ 40 g de azúcar🍬 en polvo 1 huevo🥚 90 g de harina de pastel🍚 Del relleno*>>🍯🥣 20 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida🥞🧈 10 g de azúcar en polvo✨ 30 g de jarabe de arroz🍚🍯🥞(se puede usar miel) 20 g de almendras🥜🌰 PASOS y procedimientos Primero agregamos 1 huevo y lo batis dejando que alcance la temperatura ambiente dejando reposar🥧🥚🍳 -A los 50 gramos de mantequilla le agregamos 40 g de azúcar en polvo y mezclas bien🥢🥄 -Mientras bátiz los dividis a los huevos a temperatura ambiente en 4 o 5 veces mientras lo mezclas, es decir lo pones de a poco en la mezcla mientras lo batis, haciendolo meticulosamente.🍳🥚 -Le agregamos los 90 g de harina de pastel (qué debe ser la harina leudante) y mezclas bien la harina y listo ya esta echa la masa para concluir...🍞 - Coloque una manga pastelera o cualquier bolsa en una taza grande para hacer soporte y lo dejamos esperar 1 minuto.🍵 °°Mientras vamos haciendo el relleno:🥣😋 - A los 20 g de mantequilla o manteca sin sal la dejamos reposar para que se derrita.🧈 - A eso le agregamos 10 gramos de azúcar en polvo y 30 g de jarabe de arroz (qué se puede usar miel o jarabe de maiz pero no es lo mismo).🥞🍯🍚 - Tambien le ponemos los 20 g de almendra la mezclas bien con lo anterior🥜🌰 -Y a la masa hecha la agarramos y le cortamos en una punta o en la entrada, del tamaño que quieras que sea tu corazón, en este caso el grosor es bien pequeño.✂️🤏🏻 - Apriétalo en tu forma favorita en este caso yo elegí la forma de un corazón❤ - Lo aplicamos en un papel manteca, o en una fuente enmantecada , y le agregamos un poquito de relleno en el centro del corazón.🍯🙈💗 -Luego prendemos el horno Ba 160 °C (320°C) durante 8 a 3 minutos.🔥🌋 Y listo sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar 🍪🍩♨️🌡️❄️ PD: vean el video en la descripción, ahi esta mejor explicado los procedimientos y te podes fijar que es el jarabe de arroz 🌾

Сама не готовила ещё. Но видно что тесто песочное и очень нежное и рассыпчатое. Масло с пудрой сахарной взбито и добавлена мука. Нужно ещё разрыхлитель конечно. А начинка в серединке это карамель. Чтоб не горело при выпечки добавить чуть масло. Ну и миндальную стружку. Я ее не люблю. Лучше кешью . Он вкуснее. Просто я кондитер, хотя и не работаю по профессии. А своих родных часто балую.
