You are quite welcome, u - tube videos have changed so much in the past few years. My wife and I have a Jayco Eagle Premier travel trailer and lately we only visit things and sights in our state of La. . Although we have rv’ed in the Carolina’s and out west in Yellowstone National Park , Grand Tetons , Grand Canyon , The Skywalk and Big Bend National Park . We have a trip planned next week to Vidalia , La. ; River View RV Park , right on the Mississippi River. We haven’t been anywhere in over a year looking forward to this trip . Stay safe and safe travels.

I'm from there in those hills.. I live in Duluth MN which has smaller mountains. Hearing you talk about that lake made me cry. I'm very home sick. God bless y'all.

Really enjoyed this video! Was watching a VanLife plus live stream from Memorial day weekend and saw Elisat from SC on the early hello's. Hoping you are the one! Grew up down in Charleston but live behind the Redwood curtain on the far northern California coast. Planning on early retirement and heading back to SC for the holidays and this video makes me want to go check out your spots you introduced us to! Take care and enjoy!

Thank you so much and welcome to the channel!! ElisaT was probably me.. my last name used to be Turner and sometimes that pops up. Early retirement is the best thing on the planet! Enjoy. I would love to get out to Cali someday to see that redwood curtain!!

Thank you for the beautiful video of the park. By chance do you remember how the wifi and TV reception was in the campground? Thank you.

Good question and I’m sorry I did not mention that in the video. I don’t believe we had cell service but I don’t remember for 100%. Amazon Prime let’s you easily download movies and I typically download about 9 or 10 to my phone or iPad and then we watch those at night. If I recall correctly we were pretty well back in the woods here.

Last month we spent our anniversary @ Devil's Fork State Park and really enjoyed it. We took a private tour of the lake with Jocassee Lake Tours. It was great. We even came across a black bear while leaving the campground. Turned right out of the campground towards the boat ramps and it was there about 100 yards away. Ya'll have fun.

I'm really torn between table Rock and devil's fork. What would be your suggestions for the best campsites big in the beauty of the scenery. Thank you for your input

If you can get one of the waterfront sites at Devils Fork I would definitely do that. I’m sure you will love either one.

How did he get down off the AT with a broken foot?
@ElisaExplores
@ElisaExplores Жыл бұрын
We had to wait for 3 hours but we had 2 paramedics and 8 volunteers come and put him on a stretcher with huge tires wheel him out. It took about 20 tries on the phone to get service through to 911 to call for help. He was in tremendous pain! It’s been a few years now and he has healed up exceptionally well. Thanks for watching and commenting!
