Good game lads, and good to see another player getting into the game Tho as for Groups and formations forming up: “Form Up is an important command in Sharp Practice as it allows Groups and Formations to join together for one Action if they are within 4” without dicing for movement or join to together for no Actions if within 1” of each other. The Form Up command is used when Groups are joining together to make a Formation, when Groups are joining an existing Formation and when a Formation is changing Formation” - I.e Andre would have been able to form his line using a single action to have all within 4” of the leading group snap into line/formation, however those outside said distance must dice or abandon the formation (if the movement dice falls short of the formation, the group also becomes detached from said newly formed formation and must instead be connected next phase with an action)

Reece Dignan so better to move the group by itself first to get within 4 of the rest then form up

What are the shock counters made from?

I normally don't just repeat a line in a video in the comments section, but: "What do you mean?! Do you see those cows?" Was pretty classic.

Another Andre classic , I'm not sure how he managed to manoeuvre the rebs into such a strategic trap ....Or 'fortified' open field.....Johnny did manage to inspire a early rendition of the classic later civil war marching song though...lol When Johnny comes marching on again ...Andre....Andre We'll fire our muskets and reload again ...Andre....Andre The Brits will cheer and charge the flank.... The Rebs will reel and take shock and kills... And Andre will seed as Johnny comes marching on..... well it rhymed in my head...lol

This is actually what happened to the Americans in several Rev War battles. British maneuver forced them to scramble to redeploy, leaving them awkwardly positioned,, then superior British fire control beat them down. A very historical action. I was hoping for a Continental win, however.

Great Bat Rep as usual guys. These videos keep me motivated. I really want to build a table like yours. Do you have plans that you used or was it just a one off custom build?
@tabletopcp4 жыл бұрын
Andrew Franke custom build. It’s just an 8x4 piece of plywood with a 1”x2” lip around the edge. That way it can be played on either side
