The game sounds like it has some interesting mechanics. In the game brad and I are working on each player rolls for command points each turn but are allowed to save or bank these from turn to turn in "baggage" - the more baggage you have the more you can save. If you capture the enemy baggage then not only does the enemy lose these commands you gain them ! This makes having your baggage looted very painful. The hidden actions left idea sound really cool.

I actually have several issues of MWAN Magazine where Sam wrote about a Napoleonic rules set he was designing. He said he wanted weather to be an important part of the rules. Did he manage to pull that off in Blucher?

Well there's definitely weather effects that can come into play. I think most players tend to avoid those complications,
