I don't think that's how it works. Technically, yes. With help of Sasuke, he might be able to do Yin/Yan release. However, it wouldn't be the same Kurama. Maybe it would still be a nine tailed of, but it would be a newborn fox. Not related to Kurama as there is no way to gather original Kurama's consciousness. Better question, where the heck would they get enough chakra to create a bijuu

actually i have a theory , in narutos last fight with sasuke, the other half of kurama which was minatos kurama , says that after he gives him his last ounce of power for that rasengan he is gonna be put to sleep for sometime , so even though narutos kurama which is only half of the ninetails energy , completely exhausted itself in baryon mode , the other half of kurama is still dormant in inside naruto , so i guess kurama is not dead
