Hey sticky, well done mate. I've been watching a lot of fishing videos and you're the best for info about gear, how to catch fish , well done mate. You gunna love this tho watched this video got myself a 1/32 jighead and some gulp 2" grubs in camo and caught a 32cm bream on the 2nd cast , fishing Lake Macquarie after all the rain. Water had a lot of red colour matched the camo. Bream went mad over them. Always thought 1/32 oz too small but have learnt heaps from your vids👍

Hi Sticky, great vid .My all time favourite Bream lure is a red bodied black head Knols minnow from an Aussie lure maker Knols lures Unfortunately they no longer exists and having only one of those lures am frightened to use it anymore in case I lose it lol.
@stickyfishyfishing3 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate yeah I would keep that lure if you can't get any more of them not worth losing it mate plenty other lures out there these days that work look for lures the same colour as your favourite mite be a colour for where you fish cheers 👍

Great vid Sticky very well explained! Can I ask why you prefer to use fc straight through only for the hardbodies?
@stickyfishyfishing3 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate just to have a bit more stretch in the line so them little treble hooks do not pull out the fish mouth seems to help something i seen the pro bream fishermen do years ago so I tryed it and I like the results 👍

Good walkthrough as always! I’ve got a 10lbs set up I use for flathead… too heavy when specifically targeting bream?
@stickyfishyfishing3 жыл бұрын
Thanks can use 10lb but a 6lb 1-3kg or 2-4,kg set up is better but just use a 6lb leader on the 10lb and should do the job fine mate cheers 👍
@jedcarruthers91873 жыл бұрын
@@stickyfishyfishing cheers mate, I’ve got a 2/4kg rod, I’ll be sure to grab some lighter leader in the future. Just dreaming of the 1 meter lizard.
