Another good episode. I’m going on 66 & just got my lifetime license. I have fished most of my life satisfied with whatever I caught. This year as I celebrate the 2nd anniversary of my 33rd birthday, I’m sticking with largemouth. I’ve started building my tackle boxes.

My favorite way to store tackle is one terminal box,top water,jigs,moving/hardbaits. Like spinnerbaits and cranks. I store my soft plastics in outer pockets on my tackle bag. Generally I just by different colors of the same baits after I run out of them. The one I can’t fish without is a chunk and some sort of creature bait and a sukoshi bug.

Nice Video with great boxes. Do rubber frogs/ hard plastic lures sometimes melt together in same box? Suggestion: add the rust protector tabs or gel packs to keep hooks from rusting. Thank you, Shane

I feel like the treble covers take up a lot of room in the box. I use small rubber bands to just keep the treble tight to the body and wrap the band over the bill. Great video.

Though made 8 years ago, I first watched it 4 years ago, when I started getting into watching KZbin fishing vids (*edit: Pretty sure Flukemaster recommended you). About that time, I started viewing regularly with the "Storing soft plastics (the good ol' pit bosses inside waterproof boxes era)" vid, but started viewing regularly when the "Old Lady" started dropping the science vids (thermocline, barometric pressure, etc.). Sup Mr. TJ last video I commented and you asked me what i had in mind for a challenge and i was thinking you and your wife get a one MTB each and who ever catches a fish one every bait first wins but the catch is that when you land a fish you get to use the trolling but if you are on the trolling motor already and you catch a fish you stay.
