A lot of people think eggs are dairy, but they are not dairy. Dairy comes from milk that comes from mammals and dairy products are things made from that milk. Also, let your mom know that I pretty much avoided milk and started drinking milk substitutes as soon as I knew they existed and I am 6'2" lol sadly, it is just genetics. She did give you healthy bones though 😊
