There is something mesmerizing and haunting about Taco and company's music. I can't understand its effect on me. The first time I heard "Ritz" I was in Canada on business, and I had to stop and think whether being in Canada caused the world to change. It's like another musical dimension not heard in most other sounds I've heard.

Wore this cassette out in 1984. Our release in the US had "Married" on it instead of "Mae West", I never heard that song until found the album on CD in the 90s.

Well, the opera rap was...interesting. Me, not a fan of rap. Theres very little rap I like. *Usually* the slower stuff.... Surprisingly enough, I enjoyed the opera bits! Aside from The Godfather tune (theme I guess?), your opera bits were quite enjoyable to listen to. Thank you for that. Completely skipping over one song. I heard it so many times as a child. My younger sister watched Wizard of Oz on tape to oblivion. I can't bring myself to listen to it. For 4 years she watched it every single day after getting home from school - and then my youngest sister got hooked on little mermaid... At least I was old enough at that point to help out more on farms across the valley. Still, that rainbow song.....nope, nein, nuh-uh. Flash is better paced for me. I can actually keep up with it better than the Opera Rap. Not sure if you ever kept up with any christian singers, but this medley makes me think of Carman (very versatile singer who passed recently) and his earlier days of rapping. This medley is my second fav song on the album (aside from face the music and dance).
