Taco Ranch Bites | Spicy Sausage Bites | Spicy Sausage & Cheese
Let’s make a quick and easy appetizer, Spicy Sausage Bites. These are delicious and it’s great having these stocked up in your freezer to pull out and bake anytime you need them.

Taco Ranch Bites and
Spicy Sausage & Cheese
Ingredients : These recipes make 70 bites each
Option 1: Taco Ranch Bites
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1(1-oz) package taco seasoning
• 1(10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
• 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1(8-oz) bottle Ranch dressing
• 5 (15-count) frozen phyllo tart shells
Option 2 : Spicy Sausage Bites
• 1 lb. sausage
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1(8-oz) bottle spicy ranch dressing
• 5 (15-count) frozen phyllo tart shells
Directions: Option 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook beef in the Micro Cooker f or 3 minutes. Drain fat.
3. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles. Stir and cook
for 3 more minutes.
4. Add the shredded cheese and ranch dressing to the taco meat mixture.
5. Spoon taco meat mixture into frozen phyllo tart shells. You can freeze for
later at this point.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese melts.(Add 2-3 minutes to the baking
time if baking your
tarts from frozen).
Directions: Option 2 :
1. Cook 1 lb.sausage in the Micro Cooker for 3 minutes.Drain fat, break up
the meat and microwave 2-3 minutes more."
2. Add the shredded cheese and ranch dressing to the sausage, stir to
combine.
3. Scoop the sausage mixture into the frozen phyllo shells. You can freeze
for later at this point .
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. (Add 2-3 minutes to the baking time if baking your
tarts from frozen).
Freeze for 3-4 months and bake fr om frozen . You can also follow these cooking directions in
browning your meat on the stovetop if prefered .
